My 6 year old wakes up vomiting, hes never 'sick' no fever or other syptoms what can it be?
My son wakes up in the middle of the night to very early morning he complains his stomach hurts then starts vomiting. It last for a few hours, and I normally keep him home from school that day because hes been up so long. But he never has any other symptoms, no fever, nothing. I have noticed these episodes tend to follow a headache, he had a headache on Saturday, and woke up Tuesday night with the vomiting, could there be a link, the doctors have no idea, I read about something called CVS (cyclic vomiting syndrome) is that possible?
I saw something similar on Mystery Diagnosis on the DHC. It was neurological and it took them awhile to figure it out. I’m not sure what the diagnosis was called, but maybe you could look into the archives of the show. All I remember is that it was a little girl and she would vomit in the middle of the night, not really even fully waking up and then go right back to sleep.

I think you have to mark down what he is eating the day he vomits at night, and find out if there is an ingredient in the food or a kind of food he ingests that day, that could be giving him a headache, which is related to some kind of allergy and intoxication then his vomiting.
It would be good to tie his waist at night with a shawl keeping his liver and kidneys warm.
You could be checking the temperature of the room, it should be 21 degree Celsius, not very warm, so he would not have to throw away his cover at night, so his belly keeps in its normal body temperature.
Vomiting could have many other causes than allergy or liver problems.
Check him for enterobiosis at the doctor.
Change his bed position, and let him sleep in another spot of the room. Don’t let him use cell phones, and unplug all electric devices in his room, as he could be sensitive to EMF (Electro magnetic force resulting from different electric Devices.
Other causes could be excess of water during the day, which can change the PH in his stomac, resulting in indigestion, nausea and vomiting. Or the opposite, may be he is not drinking enough water.
What’s the color of his urine and how frequently he goes to the bathroom, it can tell you if he has excess water during the day.
Don’t give him pops or juices having corn syrup (or fructose) in them, which can be the cause of a liver disfunction for a sensitive kid.

Funny american poets?
I am doing a high school assignment were i have to find three poets and read 5 poems for each poet i pick. i love poems with humor… i also really like the Poem highwayman by Alfred Noyes. The requirement is that the poet has to be American. I have been looking by myself for poets that i would be interested in reading, but have found none… any suggestions?
How about Ogden Nash? I think you would like Robert Frost, though his aren’t funny. Try The Pasture, The Road Not Taken, Stopping by the Woods on a Snowy Evening, The Secret Sits, and the Fog.
Dorothy Parker, and Judith Viorst are two good female poets that are funny. Viorst mostly writes for children, but they are really funny.

I always thought William Carlos Williams was kind of funny. He is famous for "The Red Wheelbarrow," or "This is Just to Say."
And one of my favorite poets is Edgar Guest. 
Oh, and if you like The Highwayman, you should try The Lady of Shallot, by Lord Alfred Tennyson (who is English, but it’s still a good read).

It is now thought that, if this war took place (it probably did in some form), it was around the mid 12th century B.C. However, it was a group effort, not solely under the Spartans/Peloponnesians.
The Persian War, where Athens and Sparta took the lead (but still much of Greece was involved) by contrast took place several centuries later, in the early 5th century B.C. During this war there was the famous battle at Thermopylae (Leonidas/300 Spartans, as well as other Greeks like the Phocians). The Persians burnt the (mostly) empty city of Athens, not Sparta. And, Achilles never met King Leonidas since they were separated by such a gulf of time.

Blade Runner: The Final Cut?
good movie or not????? reviews seemed good but want advice before i maybe go see it tonight.
It is a lot darker than the original, but it is what the director orginially intended the film to be. So if you enjoyed the movie I would definatly see it, and even if you never saw it before I would reccomend it. It has an interesting theme that will definatly leave you thinking. This film is also typically thought of as a cult classic. Hope this helped.

On December 23rd (during break) I was stupid enough to meet Donald at the park and he raped me. We talked on the phone and he said he wanted to meet me at Martell to talk. I did not think about it and was actually excited to see him. That was a dumb choice considering it was 8:30pm and cold. So I waited for him by the swings, then he came and we talked like he said.
