how does this PC build stack up?
This is my first time building a PC, I am about midranged when it comes to general computer knowledge, the following build is the result of about a week of research..constantly getting advice and making changes. IMDB rating: 6.40 Plot: The purpose of the program set up by the Pentagon, called the “Human Hibernation Project,” is designed so that the military can save their best men for when they’re needed most. According to the officers heading the project, too many times the talents and expensive training of the best pilots and soldiers go to waste during times of peace. My Boyfriend and I are going to Florida in July. How much spending money should we take?
I have paid for my boyfriend and I to go to Florida for 2 weeks in July for his 21st birthday. I have paid for all the flights, car hire and park tickes, also i have family that i can stay with in Winter Park (Florida). We don’t want to stay with family every night as it is a 40 minute drive to disney so we are looking at spending most of our nights in motels. We also want to do a lot of shopping. So how much spending money would you recommend us to take so that we can have a good time and not have to worry about money running out?
Motels: $40-60/day
Meals: $20-60/day
Gas is $2.50 a gallon and your vehicle will do between 15 and 20mpg.
Since you have no other expenses, you should be able to work out how much you need from that.
Minor advice.. buy a cooler and some 24 packs of soda. It will be much cheaper to buy a bag of ice each morning and drink your own soda that you have purchased from the supermarket.

How much you’ll spend on motels will depend a lot on how "high-quality" you want them to be. There are some very basic (clean, with bed and bath) type motels along Highway 192 near Disney that go for about $30-40 a night. Elsewhere you could pay up to $80-$100 a night or more. Summer is the busy season here, so I strongly recommend making advance reservations for anywhere you want to stay.
As for spending money, a lot depends on where you shop. If you buy souvenirs inside the parks, you’ll spend a fortune. However, there are a lot of gift stores outside of the parks (they look cheesy, but they have decent stuff) where you’ll pay a lot less. There are also a lot of outlet centers around Orlando, if you’re planning to do "real" shopping, including the Prime Outlets and Lake Buena Vista outlets near Disney and the Belz Factory Outlets north of Universal Studios area.
Finally, you have to consider meals. Park restaurants are unique and often have decent food, but they are VERY expensive. If you eat at restaurants outside the parks you can eat at pretty much any chain restaurant you can think of for a lot less (and probably better food in general).
I’d figure it this way:
Say you spend 7 nights at a discount motel at $40 a night: that’s $280 (before 20% taxes [seriously, 20%]).
Then figure you eat dinner out every night you’re in Florida, 12-14 nights at about $35 a meal for two (at least): $420-$490
If you also eat breakfast ($10) and lunch ($20) out every day for 12-14 days, you’re talking $120-$140 for breakfast and $240-$280 for lunch
So depending on how long you’re actually staying, how many nights you stay in a motel (and where), and how often you eat out (and where you eat), you’ll need anywhere from $940-$1190 just for a basic motel room and cheap meals. If you eat at nicer restaurants, stay at a nicer hotel/motel, or do more shopping, you’ll want more. Plus the cost of gas is rising, so factor in the cost of filling your car up a few times while you’re here.
I’d say you should start with at least $2000 to cover your basic costs and then add on however much you’ll want to bring for shopping.

It’s not Wong Kim Ark because that one only applied to permanently domiciled Chinese who were disallowed from naturalizing.

So which specific SCOTUS precedent applies?
Because according to the Civil Rights Act of 1866, any native born baby owing allegiance to any other country at birth cannot be a US citizen (at birth) though they could naturalize later. Nothing has superceded the CRA of 1866, and even the 14th amendment agrees with it (and was passed 2 years after).
14th says cannot be but under only the jurisdiction of America if native born to be a US citizen…and if your parents are aliens (citizens of another country) you are under that country’s jurisdiction.

I need help with my Warriors (Cats) names?
I have a list of names for Warriors and need peoples opinions of them. I will put a quick description with the names also. Please I do a lot of Warriors Role playing and I am thinking of starting a book with these characters. Please put down your true thoughts about the cats.
Sorrelstorm- A medium sized red-brown tom with green eyes. He is a bit grumpy at times and isn’t afraid to get into arguments. When in battle he jumps from one cat to the other as fast as he can.
Rainheart- A lean silver-blue tom with amber eyes. He is extremely loyal to his clan and will die fighting for them. He also is very kind and considerate with everyone and loves kits.
Willowstripe- A medium sized grey/brown tabby she-cat with brown eyes. She is very kind and soft spoken. She is a medicine cat and knows her herbs.
Pinetooth- A dark brown tom with yellow-green eyes. He is a good hunter and fighter.
Breezeheart- A wind-blown tan tom with blue eyes. He is very kind and gentle with kits. He will fight if provoked enough or defending his clan. He has a large distrust of rouges.
Mothclaw- A light brown tabby tom with green eyes. His claws are a bit longer than most cats and he is an exceptional fighter. He does have a sharp tongue when it comes to things he cares about.
Appleflower- A larger pretty cream tabby she-cat with big brown eyes. She is very motherly and kind. If her kits are in danger she will defend them to the last breath.
Smoketail- A silent grey/white tom with green eyes. His tail is longer than most and is fluffy. He usually doesn’t speak, but when he does he is wise.
Sandstripe- A golden brown tabby tom with large black stripes. He is an ok hunter and fighter. He is usually loyal to his clan, but will not hesitate to betray them if the offer is right.
Pantherfur- A jet black tom with yellow eyes. He is sly and mysterious. Is believed to have been the son of a loner, but no one knows. He is loyal to his clan.
Brookwhisker- A small blue she-cat with green eyes. She is an exceptional hunter and an ok fighter. She has a very bubbly personality.
Ottertail- A small brown tom with light amber eyes. His tail is really longer than his body and gives him good balance. He is also a good swimmer.
Excellent! A warriors fan who wants to write some fanfic. I tried once too, but I’m bad at it.

Sorrelstorm sounds a bit strange (sorrel is an herb, and there no such thing as an herb storm), but his description is interesting.
Rainheart, I love the name.
Willowstripe is an excellent name.
Pinetooth seems… weird-ish, but I’m pretty sure its ok, since Erin Hunter uses weird names sometimes.
Breezeheart sounds cool. Excpet you should say "a great distrust" not large.
Mothclaw, I am sorry to say, is your strangest name. usually, names are easy to say, except this one, th followed by c is a bit hard on the tongue. It also rhymes with mothball, whic i do not feel is a good connection to be made.
Appleflower is a wonderful name. It’s my fav. out of all the ones here.
Smoketail, very common name, always a good choice for a nice name.
Sandstripe: nice
Pantherfur: the issue here is that warriors have no idea what a panther is, in this case because none of the mythical Great Clans was PantherClan. That’s why you don’t see warriors being named Dragon-, Ghost-, Steel-, etc.
Brookwhisker: this name rocks.
Ottertail: nice. good imagination.
Overall, if this were a Clan, I would point out that you have a lack of she-cats. other than that, the names are wonderful.

Sorrel is (as said before) a herb. His discription sounds interesting, so maybe Runningstorm or Swiftstorm would fit. It saouds awesome though!
Rainheart is a great name that fits his coloring, but his personality is a bit off.
Willowstripe is agreat name, not much to change. I’m not sure if ‘brown’ can be a eye color, maybe amber?
Pinetooth- sounds cool
Breezeheart- you might want him to be a bit snappish and grumpy, yet gentle wit hthe adorable kits.
Mothclaw – Great discription! If it were me, I would make his eyes a stormy grey.

The name sounds pretty good. As others have said, sorrel is a herb, which kinda sounds like you are throwing it out there. But the actual name sounds pretty good. As for the personality you have wrote, it sounds pretty good. Overall, nice choice!
Rainheart-
Well, I love the name, first of all. Rainheart’s charector and personality seem pretty good, but he should have, like, one downside. Something not-so-great about him. I will leave it to you to decide that.
Willowstripe-
You seem to have it down on this one. If I may suggest- make her pelt fluffy =) ok, random, I know.
Pinetooth-
To tell you the truth, I would make his pelt more of a reddish brown, you know. And he sounds like… well, put more personality and description in. Is he a strong, silent type, a calm, quiet cat, a loud, easily angered cat, a soft, sweet cat… its your choice!
Breezeheart-
Sounds good all and all. I can’t really suggest much on this cat. (By the way, if you look down to where I made up a few cats, you can see Hazelsong really wants to be this cat’s mate. She named Windkit after him- Breeze, Wind, very similar. Breezeheart doesn’t know this, though. He is still untrustworthy of her)
Mothclaw-
Pretty good… like on the previous cat, I dont have very much to say besides great description and I like the sharp tounge part.
Appleflower-
Lovely name! Is she… like… overprotecting, or just very loving> If I can add her kits, I would say…
Splashkit (to be Splashheart)- Like Rainheart, his father, he has a blue coat and is tabby. He is the most playful of the litter and is always found in trouble.
Stemkit (to be Stemseed)- A quiet tom with a darker-cream coat then his mother. He is a well-balanced and has good posture and is wise.
And her mate could be Rainheart.
Smoketail-
He sounds good, and nothing to suggest on this one!
Sandstripe-
he should be hard-to-persuave. Just a suggestion. Other then that, nice job.
Pantherfur-
So, his past is mysterious> Thats always good. I think you described him nicely. So, when you right your fanfic, remember his personality. When I tried to RP a cat for the first time that was this musterious, I kept writing like he was normal and un-mysterious. Turned out horrible.
Brookwhisker-
I like it! You should… not OVERshow that because of her smallness she can hunt better… but make sure the reader will understand this.
Ottertail-

If I may add, it appears you need more she-cats. Feel free to use any of these, I will make a few up.( I also threw in a few toms)
Lighttwist- A pretty white cat with ginger flecks. Her pelt is quite short, and she has a small tail, considering more then half of it was cut by a monster that recklessly ran by. She is soft and elegant, but easily worried. She has a kit, whom she found one day in the snow (which she really enjoys bein gin) with it’s dead mother, a loner. She named the gray tabby tom-kit Vinekit, who has a playful personality. (named after her sister, Whitevine, who is very sick)
Whitevine- She is a white she-cat with a black chest. She has very light blue eyes. Whitevine is very sick currently, with something that may kill her. Her sister, Lighttwist, found a kit and named it after her. Though she dreams of mentoring him, she knows it is unlikely. This cat is very determined in everything
Silverlake- Sleek silver she-cat. She is a great hunter, but pretty bad when it comes to fighting. She is fierce and has a sharp tounge.
Dreampaw- She is a very sweet cat. Golden she-cat. Dreampaw is… well…. dreamy. She has big plans to be the best, and works toward them. She is Pondtail and Sandstripe’s kit, though Pondtail died at birth (she was a cream tabby she-cat)
Icepaw- A small light gray tom. He has a huge crush on Dreampaw. Icepaw is loyal and respects the Wariror Code to the last breath.
Hazelsong- A light brown tabby she-cat. Wants incredibly to be Breezeheart’s mate, though she is nervous as she once was a rouge, Hazel. She had a kit with an unknown father that she named Windkit. He doesn’t have a father, and is still newborn. Trust me when I say shes determined. Breezeheart, is, like, her life. She is beautiful and sweet, very caring.

these are very good names but:
1) u should probably add what clan they’re in
2) Willowstripe good name but u should add the he has stripes on his pelt because the names usually come from how they look, like blackstar his warrior name was blackfoot because he has black paws.
3) Pantherfur, I love it! but the cats dont know what a panther is. they know leopards, lions, and tiger but that’s it.
4) smoketail, love that too!! love the descriptions but u should add that his tail is dark gray almost like smoke to match his name (like i said in step 2)
5)Like said before sorrel is an herb so u could say that Sorrelstorm was a former warrior but was more intrested in herbs so he became a medicine cat apprentice, like yellowfang. but there was a cat with a Sorrel in her name called Sorreltail and she is a warrior.
